Item details : Rare 30-year-old jacket in very good condition for its age, with minor signs of wear on the lettering and some pilling. 8/10. 

Players : Van Basten, Gullit, Rijkaard, Simone, Maldini

History : Tracksuit jacket worn by the Milan players under Arrigo Sacchi. It would be the first trophyless season in 3 years for Van Basten's teammates, who would finish second in Serie A, behind Sampdoria. In Europe, they would be knocked out of the Champions League by OM in the quarter-finals, following a bizarre turn of events: after a power outage in the 75th minute, the Milan players refused to return to the pitch (they were losing 1–0), hoping to win by forfeit. Ultimately, they would be eliminated and suspended from the next European competition.
